MOE partners SG Enable in supporting students and families in the transition to post school. SG Enable, the focal agency for disability and inclusion in Singapore, enables persons with disabilities to live, learn work and play in an inclusive society. Families and caregivers are highly encouraged to explore the resources provided by SG Enable. These resources are designed to empower families with valuable information and support as they navigate the transition across various life stages.

The Enabling Guide (opens in new tab) is a first-stop resource portal for persons with disabilities and their caregivers. It provides information on disability schemes and services, and guides users in making more informed decisions about different service options across the life stages.

The Enabling Guide also includes a Post-18 Interactive Guide (opens in new tab), which provides information on a variety of post-18 options for SPED graduates to aid planning for life after graduation.
