FEM Step 1

Open the Family Envisioning Meeting by making everyone feel welcomed in a safe, respectful space.

FEM Step 2

Understand and celebrate the student by bringing together different perspectives on their strengths, aspirations, what is important TO and FOR them, and what good support looks like.

FEM Step 3

Identify what is and isn't working for the student across four key areas.

FEM Step 4

Use a voting process to identify priority areas and develop meaningful goals from them.

FEM Step 5

Use the Support Sequence and Action Plan Template to develop the support and actions to help students reach their post-school goals.
